Sent flowers for coming home mother and baby. Arrived with 2 completely different names. They did not know who from and after a couple of days were worried they were being stalked. After a week I rang to ask if they got them then they realised they were from me. Not good enough. Extremely embarrassed and disappointed

Vicky was our wedding florist, she did a good job with the bouquets however underestimated the flowers needed for the ceremony arch (she should have asked me for measurements rather than assuming). A few days before I asked her to add some extra flowers under signage we had and i was astounded that she charged me $180 for what added up to be not even half a bunch. I felt she could have been more pro-active as I had to be the one to chase her up for every detail. Overall I thought she was quite expensive and I do wish I had shopped around.All up we spent close to $4500 and for that price we shouldn't have had to be disappointed with lack of flowers at the ceremony and had to chase Vicky up for every little detail during the process - never once did she call me to remind me of deadlines or ask for extra help on measurements and details. Overall a very average supplier.

Little Flower House is a very convenient and reliable place to go. I love this little florist because every time I go the lady at the shop makes sure I get precisely what I want. She is full of knowledge and has no problems at all making something up for me. One time she completely re-potted an orchid for me because I wanted a smaller, white bowl than the one they had on display. I mean, that level of service is really something spectacular. So I'll always go back, I'll even go out of my way to go back because I love it when I get great customer service.

I love coming to this florist. The lady has such a great character. If I'm undecided on what to get she just says "leave it with me" and I'm never disappointed.
