Their chips and chicken are amazing, and once their beef burgers. Now it’s just a patty that I can find at any cheap seafood or restaurant. They use to have amazing beef patty’s and their deals were great. But now the beef in their burger just leaves me feeling empty inside and angry for what once was. The flavour, no more, the quality just is not on par with the rest of the food
Today being a public holiday... the staff we're more than amazing right till closing. We had an uber order delayed by 40min as there was no driver so we offered to pick it up. They cooked our order fresh, even though they were closing. It was the best. Still big smiles on their faces. Great food. Great customer service.
Had the southern burger, was pretty solid. Was very full after a combo with chips.
Went out to celebrate with family. Chicken was still raw and didn’t come away from bone. Salads were quite nice and chips were crispy and hot. Service was ok. But $75 for 1 chicken, 2 salads, medium chips and bottle of drink and milkshake was a bit too expensive.
Our neighbours highly recommended. We know why. The food is delicious! We have tried most of the burgers, there are no bad choices and Best Chips Ever! The staff are really friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a really great takeaway, try this place!
Good burgers, chips, salads, chicken etc. everything you would expect in a chicken shop - however the price is completely unreasonable. $46 for two southern burger combos and gravy is just insane. That’s from the shops itself; not any secondary food service, either. It’s the same price in a nice pub or restaurant environment. Similar burgers and combos down the road at Chicken wizard, or the metro grill, for literally half the price if you’re after quick takeaway.
One word. YUM! Great service, delicious food and fantastic restaurant fit out. Also really generous portions. I got the half chicken with three sides for $19, if you ask me it's great value for money. Tastes so much better than a supermarket chicken and stuffing is to die for! The three sides is basically a dinner plate on it's own full of food. Shakes are great also, they serve them nice and cold something that most Australian cafes and restaurants can't seem to grasp the concept of, Aussies seem to like serving room temp shakes.
Went there on 30/06/22 Thursday, for lunch thinking it was open as per the hours shown on Google...closed! All chairs up on tables and completely dark.
Just had a brilliant lunch here with our 2 year old and 7 month old. The kids meals are generous and they even gave me some broccoli and sweet potato for the baby for free. The burgers were delicious! Definitely coming back here again.
One of my favourite venues simply due to their delicious menu variety and welcoming environment. The service is expedient with a reasonable variety of menu options. They offer delivery via services such as Uber Eats and Menulog. Overall, a fantastic establishment to dine or takeaway.
