TERRIBLE Drive through Service. It is very consistent receiving your Order wrong. I arrived Home & Not 1 of the 4 Meals I Ordered were correct, Zinger Burger Meal was Original Fillet Meal. Pieces of Chicken requested all wrong. Chips were not Fresh & were not Hot, I tried to Phone the Store multiple times; kept ringing out until someone answered & could hear them talking, They were ignoring the Phone.
Ordered under $9 on the KFC app the other day, and watched my name get overtaken by 10+ orders at midday. My order wasn't large at all, left me feeling really sour as I walked out the door. Food was alright though, while I had 2 minutes left on my break to eat it.
Worst kfc in the shire! Literally 9 out of 10 times order is wrong. The amount of times I've gone back to complain and made them make my meal I actually ordered fresh again has become a joke.. if I could give 0 stars I would.. Young, inexperienced staff who lack customer service skills and professionalism. They should change there name from kfc to lucky dip because you just don't know what your going to get.. RIDICULOUS!
Food was ok, service was alright but could have been friendlier, the state of the restaurant was absolutely disgusting - the toilets were filthy, the floors and tables were disgusting and the bins were overflowing. There was next to no patrons so plenty of time to clean upFood: 4/5
Worst KFC around, food is always terrible, chips always soggy and not seasoned,my burger looked they had dropped their elbow into it and stale bun, served with a warm lemonade.
Needs more workers. The drive throughs queue is long and slow as the workers are either cleaning up or serving 1 or 2 people in the inside.
takes pretty long to get food, which ive grown accustomed to with this store. but lately over the last few months, the 3 times ive ordered, ive specified extra salt as staff dont follow procedure and dont put any salt on the chips. even after specifying all 3 times they still manage to get it wrong, i think the staff need to pay more attention in english at school so they can learn to read, or better yet just follow proper procedures
Wow how many times are you people going to not give us all of our meals we pay for .no drink no chips sometimes i think it must be quail because chicken pieces carnt be that small .won't be going to Kentucky at menai any more and actually engadine did the same .so I wouldn't be going there if i was you

Another epic fail from KFC Menai. Maybe one day I will sit down to dinner with my kids and actually be able to eat what I ordered instead of what ever they feel like giving me.
