I have been there nearly everyday this week, and all the staff have been great. One guy stands out and that is Kristian. I have seen him there several nights now, and his demeanour was nothing but friendly and professional. Tonight I saw him manning two registers at once, while also keeping his cool, and also remembering me as a customer he remembered i dont want a bag. This is someone the company needs to keep, unfortunately usually someone the company will exploit
Great place to grab your drinks at reasonable prices and generally helpful staff, until something goes wrong that is and it all goes to seed. Accidentally dropped and broke a bottle - apologised four times and offered twice to pay for it but the shelf stacker was too busy swearing and being abusive. Purchased the two we wanted then left. Won't be going in again.
Great place to buy some beer and wine from, good service from the guys .
Because the supermarket next to this store doesn't sell any alcohol, I stopped by here and bought a couple of beers. They have a variety. Good store.
Agree with poor customer service comments. Seems to close before advertised closing time. Messy and dirty. Prices not clear. Expensive.
Small and expensive but I guess that's what you get in a prestigious location like World Square. They do have quite a few champagnes to choose from cheapest for $25 and also a good selection of craft beers. Even have Stone amd Wood Pacific Ale which is not that easy to find. Spirits selection pretty basoc though. They do have a chiil room if you want to buy a whole box of beer.
They were friendly but when I asked questions about some of their alcohol I did not get a sense of deep knowledge.
Friendly staff, would've been awesome if wines were separated by dry/semi-*/sweet etc
Store was a mess. Very difficult to find anything and did not have gift cards available for sale.
Friendly staff! Very busy at night but had what we wanted!
