Recently I have started sourcing our wine from the Clifton Beach Liquorland Store. I was first attracted by some excellent wine valve for money, but with Craig’s friendly happy support, great and exceptional advice on available products he has us returning regularly. A great display of service is always provided by Craig, no how busy the store is, well done mate!
Very disappointing visit to Clifton Liquor land on Saturday 4th October. Apart from the store being an absolute mess and couldn't move, we stopped in there after Coles to stock up for family holiday as family from overseas, an my elderly mother in law who is hard of hearing stood in the doorway she got shouted at by a blonde shorthaired bad tempered member of staff to move then the 2 cashier ladies screamed out move as she was obviously setting off the buzzer. We had no idea she was doing that and she got all confused as all she was trying to do was decide which direction to go as so messy. Absolutely disgusting, we walked away. As a local I will never visit again and will stick to Liquorland in Trinity beach who are fantastic every single time.nVery disappointing, very bad customer service particularly the shirt haired blonde lady.
Had a really disappointing experience at this bottle shop while visiting with my nan. She was the one purchasing a bottle of wine, and I was simply accompanying her — I wasn’t buying anything myself. Despite this, we were refused service because I didn’t have my ID on me, even though I made it clear I wasn’t involved in the purchase.nnTo make matters worse, the staff member who dealt with us an older blonde woman was incredibly rude, condescending, and raised her voice unnecessarily. There was no need for the attitude or the hostility — a polite explanation would have sufficed if it was truly policy. Instead, we were treated with disrespect and left feeling upset and embarrassed.nnWe understand businesses have rules to follow, but there’s absolutely no excuse for being treated like that. Really disappointing customer service. We won’t be returning.
Can't even get a drink when im over the age of 25 kinda hopeless people staff needs to be a bit more friendly too also needs to know the rules of store policy as she doesn't even know it as it's if you look age under 25 years of age not 30
Always great service and a good choice of wine's price always on point
