The female staff member is definitely employee of the month. We were undecided about our choice and she was extremely helpful and her choice of rose was to be commended. Her attitude was very pleasant and cheerful. Top kudos.
Wanted to know if more Beefeater gin would arrive at the store before Liquorland discontiunued that line. Asked man serving if he could contact me if they got more Beefeater gin. He refused. Told me to ring them. Their phone is always engaged. Abysmal customer service!
Great little shop Friendly service and always clean Only thing is, can become quite congested in there at times. I had bought a bottle of red, & was awaiting my turn when an elderly gentleman came in on his scooter. He had absolutely blocked the whole service area, so we had to wait to go past him Maybe a Reno?
Worst customer service and the rudest person i have ever ran into....lady that yells at her customers. In the end the other staff member sent her out of the store. Will never return after i go back to speak to the manager.
On a number of occasions, when served by a particular lady, I felt as though I was not welcome and was lucky I was being served. Gone elsewhere, still getting used to the staff saying hello when I come through the door.
Great Staff, most of the time and helpful.
