On Sunday afternoon I had the displeasure of being served by a very rude and angry man who was dishevelled and didn't want to be their the way he spoke to customers was appalling and had the manners of a disrespectful counter person if one of my adult children spoke anyone like they would told he brings a very bad look to your business

Always friendly staff.nConveniently located near the highway north to the beaches and Port Douglas ....or southwards towards Cairns.nLater hours than the other bottle shops. Just what is needed at the end of a long tour.

Great staff, useful range and variety of wines and beers + has ice.

It doesn't have a great range of different beverages but does sometimes have really good special offers

Just went to bws campus young fellas name was readon, he did not acknowledge me at all his leg was up on counter, I asked if he had ice, he said don’t know have a look, was not impressed
