WOW! Great selection. Not many shelf talker specials. The signage wasn't well maintained, so stacks didn't have signed pricepoints. Plenty of recommendations though. Seemed to be a higher price point? Varieties were set out so you could easily locate your favourite wines. Staff did approach and offer help once I got to the spirits aisles, but not in the wine aisles.
Massive range of beers, liquors, wines, sodas and ciders. Pretty much any boutique thing you can think of you'll find it here. Their tasting area is really cool and the more top shelf wines are stored in a more prestigious manner.
Great selection of craft beers, including their 8 taps for growler fills. Staff are also very friendly and helpful.
Went in there to return something that wasn't up to expectations - was given a full refund even though I'd had 1 bottle out of the ctn as well as a couple of complementary stubbies of Weihenstephaner, Hefe Weissbier Stubbies, These retail at about $9 each. I said that it wasn't necessary but they told me it was for my inconvenience. How's that for bloody good customer service - absolutely brilliant!!!

Enjoyed a whiskey tasting event, friendly hosts, learnt a few things, tasted a few things, shared a couple of laughs all in all good.
The selection and prices are fine, but be prepared to be barraged by sighs and eye rolls if you dare to ask to the blonde any questions. I really didn't think it was that much to ask to request the location of an item, but she reacted as though I asked her to walk it home for me!
Great range and good prices, only problem was it eas so good it was very busy hence long lines at a slow checkout.
Had to show proof of vaccination before purchasing my 6 pack of Southern comfort. Customer service was excellent. I find the prices here are very low price compared to other liquor stores, especially for my favourite drink.
