incredibly friendly and engaging service, I came in to buy a lighter and left with a few free lemons. will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends, owner/manager/whoever was working there at the time was a massive chiller and was super attentive. 2023 is gonna be this guy’s year, I just know it. keep up the great work!!
Ignore the older reviews, I'm pretty sure they're under new management now. The new staff are very friendly and attentive. Pretty good options for a little booze shop too.
Literally no idea what the reviews are talking about, looks like management has changed. Came here on a Tuesday around 9PM cause they were the only place open in Prahan. Got a 6 pack of Carlton for $20. Can't complain
A nice & convenient shopping on the way home, will come back again! I have no idea what to buy first, but the friendly staff here nicely introduce what they have on the shelf. The gentleman in the shop is the new entraner, he gives me discounts so I got one packs 196 suntory with 10%off!
Very friendly service! Very attentive staff, and I also left with a free drink sample and lemons!
The lady here is a total crook. First she tried to replace the tanqueray with top shelf without asking. When I insisted the regular stuff and she charged me the price for the top shelf stuff anyway. When I queried she lied to my face and insisted the price shown on the shelf was for a smaller bottle - which it clearly wasn’t. Ended up being $84 for 1 regular bottle of gin and two bottles of mixer. She also tried to make me buy stuff I didn’t want.
Never coming back. Trash place. The lady is very rude and lacks of good manners. She’s not only rude but aggressive to the customers. Worst experience ever. By the way, the price for alcohol and cigarettes are not competitive with other bottle shops in South Yarra.
Worst customer service! The staff just sit on their phone laughing and ignoring customers with genuine questions. Do not recommend.
Never coming back. This guy totally lacks of good manners. He’s not only rude but aggressive to the customers. Worst experience ever. Lots of bottle shops in South Yarra.
Ridiculously overpriced. The lady behind the counter knows nothing about alcohol, and repeatedly tries to sell you things you don't need.
