This library is situated upstairs at the Eastgate mall. Access is via stairs, escalator or lift. Parking in the complex. This is a neat library, plenty of space to move around the shelves. Does not feel cramped. Good selection of materials, dvds, books and information. Computers are available. There are also activities on at certain times - like scrabble club. Good selection of local information on pin up boards. Staff have always been friendly and helpful.

Easy to find. Handy parking. Friendly helpful staff. No problem for first time members, but check requirements ref. ID & address validation. Clean, effecient &effective layout and facilities.

Excellent place, awesome staff to help with anything needed, cheap photocopying and printing plus they have an xbox and playstation to play on for a limited time, heaps of public computers to do work on the Internet and books for reading, great place highly recommend them for anything to do with research
