Never one to leave a bad review but YIKES. Stood at the counter for ages, looking around for someone to serve me and this polite girl came out to help. I explained that i bought a machine less than a month ago and i was looking for a refund as i went to use it and it stopped working the first time while i was sewing. She said she would have to go speak to her manager, fair enough.  She came back to ask me for a receipt. Passed it over and she hopped off again. Had to wait for ages, and the manager sent back the poor young girl to explain they don't give refunds and there is nothing they can do.  I was sold a faulty machine, and i wasn't going to get mad at the young teen girl; her manager wouldn't even come out to speak to me; simply kept sending the girl back.  God awful customer service; terrible refund policy.  I also spoke to Lincraft head office and they said someone should have at least looked at the machine to see if they could help. Got nothing.  I now have an expensive paperweight.  Considering i have worked in customer service myself for years; the ACL has a pretty clear policy; Refund, Repair or Replace.

Customer service non existent never adequate staff in store to assist customers you stand at registers for over 10 mins waiting for service !! Even after waiting for so long still no service this is why i shop at spotlight !! Prices are beyond ridiculous they don't have full range of lincraft yarn here either most crochet hooks also out of stock amongst many other items probably the most mismanaged lincraft in the whole of Brisbane it's shocking don't go here they literally don't have anything!!

Very cool very cool place to get all your arts and crafts needs especially in the haberdashery, staff are helpful friendly and happy to have a chat about your projects, lincraft, thank you!!

Love this Cafe, opposite my work. The Staff are amazing and know my order. Every time I vist they always look after me. 10/10

I have been to Lincroft before back in late 2019. I was amazed at the store then. I was looking for a special thing and found it a Lincroft.  This store is better than I remember. Friendly helpful staff.  I will be going back to this store again.

I used to come to the lincraft at Toombul but it's no longer there so I've been coming here and it's great, always quiet, great parking, very large variety of items.

Staff member unhelpful not knowing the items for my craft needs yet products in store. She would of had me leave the store rather than send me to the craft area instore.
