My wife and I go to this centre all the time to see Dr Moshen. He is one of the best doctors I have ever met. And the lovely ladies at reception are the best. The service is always great but last night they went above and beyond to help my wife who was quite stressed at the time. Words can't express how grateful we are to all at the centre. Thank you so much.nnUDATE: The doctor my wife saw called her the next night to see how she was going. This is a medical centre that truly cares. Can't bless them enough.
Absolutely terrible patient care and attitude, particularly from Dr. Michael Chalwe and Practice Manager, Louise Apap. Both are equally rude and arrogant. I cannot emphasise how poorly this clinic operates, their complete lack of professionalism and total incompetence to deal with any more than a common cold. Avoid this practice at all costs. Even 1 star is far too generous.
As a previous patient of this clinic, I was disappointed with my experience as a walk-in today. The receptionist's communication skills were inadequate and unprofessional. Even considering my difficulty speaking clearly due to illness, the receptionist was dismissive and rude. The service was both expensive and unacceptable. While the doctors seem committed to providing bulk billing services efficiently, the clinic needs to address the poor behavior of the reception staff, who are consistently rude.
This doctors office is appalling. Receptionist is so rude and seems to not know what she’s doing or saying.nnI made an appointment for 8pm on a weeknight and did not show as I was unwell. I received a phone call from the doctor at 10.20pm who said he can do my prescription over the phone, this was completed in 20 seconds.nnI then receive a phone call from Louise claiming to be charging me a “late appointment” fee. I said you charge for late appointments? Is that on your website and she responded with “I don’t know”. I told her I’d call her back and she kept harassing me for the payment and said I had to pay for a late appointment fee of $76. I told her I didn’t even come to the appointment and the doctor called me and did the prescription over the phone which I didn’t ask for. She said I’d get my Medicare rebate of $30. I paid my fee after all the rudeness and this was now two weeks ago and I still haven’t received my Medicare rebate; also got a letter in the mail saying I hadn’t paid my fee.nnPlease save yourselves time and energy and go to another doctors clinic- this is the worst doctors clinic I’ve ever been to or dealt with.
We need more doctors here like Doctor Monica and Mohsen! They are always fully booked out and I can see why! Because they care about their patients and have the passion to help them out the best they can. They are super experienced in the industry as well. I would avoid seeing Doctor Rahman at all costs, who is the complete opposite!!!! Sorry for calling out but I need to spread the word!
