We had our 8 week and 20 week pregnancy scan done by Lisa and she was simply phenomenal! We felt so safe and heard in her hands. She had such a lovely way of explaining things and a very gentle nature. It felt like she was just as excited about our news as we were. I’m not sure if you can request a specific sonographer when you book, but I would definitely ask for Lisa!
Cannot thank the wonderful staff enough for looking after me when I had my MRi’s. They were so understanding and attentive which put me at ease as I am claustrophobic. Wouldn’t trust anyone else. Thank you especially to Sophie, you’re a gem, and her team. Excellent service! Highly recommend!nAnd Demi who I overheard being so kind and caring to a non English speaking patient. The health industry needs more people like you! So grateful .nCat.
The staff here are running an absolute village and doing a magnificent job of it.nnI can’t believe how many people walk through the doors at Diagnosticcare each day and are seen to on-time. I think it’s important we keep in mind that we are all one patient and they are dealing with hundreds every day, so let’s be cool and patient! Overall, great service offered by the staff. Receptionists are friendly and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. It was busy, but the waiting times for x-ray and ultrasound were reasonably good.nMany thanks to Monica for your support.
I’ve had two excellent experiences here. The first I had no wait time and a great ultrasound technician and then today Dr Steve did a cortisone shot for me and even with a slight wait I was made comfortable and checked on. The service for a medical centre is so great I usually don’t review places but I was just so impressed with how nice ya’ll are
