Amazing nursery, such a fantastic variety of plants. Really love this place, can spend hours here. They also have a really nice cafe to sit and have a coffee. Great customer service too, gave me tips on how not to kill my chain of hearts!

I had really bad experience this morning. Been there to buy some orange/mandarin and some fencing plants. Spoke to a middle age lady who was watering plants. She was really rude. Didn't even want to pay attention to my excuse me start the conversation, no manners, no smile, no hi/morning, asked me to read the instructions on the plant! I end up walked out without buying. 

And she is a limberlost staff, she was watering plants in pink uniform. By the way, she was dragging a plant pot with her hose and wasn't bothered about plants while watering.

This is a lovely garden center, which has a cafe and is dog friendly! Lots of natives, a wide range in the edibles section, wind chimes and garden gnomes. Basically everything you might want in your garden. The food was very good and a reasonable price. My dog had a wonderful time sniffing and exploring

I do understand others praising this place for open and exotic atmosphere. Food is mediocre but I loved that the place was really neat and tidy. The only discomfort and insult I felt was the service provided by a barista lady. Coming from the States where earl gray latte is a popular tea option, I never knew that it is not an everyday menu in Australia. When I ordered it, a staff who was in charge of taking orders in front of register was very attentive and really tried to find out what I really want. However, a barista lady who was overhearing next to the other staff glanced at me and shook her head and went, "what is THAT???" I felt insulted and confused. I ended up being disgusted just to stay there. As soon as tea set was served slammed on the table(of course, what do I expect?), I opened the pot and there happened to be a unbrewed tea bag in lukewarm milk. So, was that a mistake? That's ok. I was not even gonna try to sip it. I was heard that the lady was the owner of this place, wow.. you have a lot to catch up and your employees will have to brainwash you before you meet people at your place. Be nice!!!! I really appreciate so much of your big attitude and kindness, laday.
