Disgusting service. I watched the worker with orange hair talking with a smile and being nice to the Chinese customer but when a Kiwi woman went to buy something she was treated like a dog. Xenophobic supermarket. Will never be shopping here a again and will actively tell everyone I know about this experience as this isn’t the first time I’ve watched her treat people like this.
Went to this supermarket and when I tried to buy a plastic bag the woman said they weren’t for sale. But they’re on display at the counter for sale. And she sold one to the Chinese woman before me. Then she charged a price for the products I wanted that wasn’t what was advertised in the shelf. I didn’t realise I had to be Chinese to buy a plastic bag and I didn’t realise I had to be Chinese to buy a product for the price it’s advertised.
As a customer who has shopped here regularly over the past year, the customer service is abysmal, I can't think of another establishment in the CBD which even comes close to equalling the sullen, rude, and unhelpful staff. The place is falling apart, there are broken floor tiles all over the place, the produce quality varies a lot, and it's not even much cheaper than Countdown. Given that there are plenty of alternatives, I think I'll just go to a different supermarket from now on.
Over priced food & everything...you guys even changed the expired dates for Chinese dumplings! It says 2023 but someone wrote down 2024! Is it human error or you people just lied to your customers? Of course I won't buy that! Ya...I don't think I am coming back!!
Rubbish supermarket, rubbish cashier and disgusting service. Food is expired or close to expiration. The cashier is arrogant and treats customers as her servants. Wouldn't go to this supermarket again! Please recommend some other Chinese supermarkets where we can shop in the city area!
Super convenient place. You can park at theback, there is often a little spot there, and cone up the little stairs
Variety of vegetables and found chicken giblets! frozen taro, banana and even cassava! Home food away from home! Was recommended to me by another fellow wantok will be going again soon!
The pork I bought was completely off yesterday and I only found out when I opened up the plastic wrapping. I'll remove the review if I get a refund so hopefully they answer their phone. Its the 8th time I'm calling. Going in to the store soon.
bit hot or dusty in here but employees are really nice and you can find all asian foods you need in a cheap price. not the best if you dont like messy places
Just bought some eggs that are 10 days past their expiry! This is not the first time, they keep a lot of expired stock. Do I really need to be vigilant about expiry dates?!
