Service - on point Food - on point Drinks - on point The service by every single person working here was so good. They're kind, accommodating and most of all spreading the happiness! Even with the place being so busy the food and service was not affected on the slightest! The food was so yummy!! And perfect Goldilocks portions. The hot chocolate was the perfect level of milk and chocolate and... 2 MARSHMALLOWS!!! Very very happy with this place, would recommend.
Great cafe, location, coffee, brunch, service, what more can I say. Thank you for a great meal and a few gluten free options too. I highly recommend Lilo Cafe in Mornington. They are easy to find at 725 The Esplanade, the road running along the beach in Mornington.
Excellent service. Very friendly and accommodating. Food was delicious and very tasty. Constantly busy so a great sign. Even had kids pancakes and was a perfect size for them. And fresh mango frozen as a snack. Fixed an order that was our error with no complaint. Very happy to keep going back. Great cafe!
I must say I've lived in the neighborhood for the last 3 years but never visited. It took a friend visiting from the country to get us there, and I am glad he did. We had a light lunch, burgers, salads, sausage rolls, all very tasty. Really good coffee and just over the road from the beach. I will be a more frequent visitor from now on.
Such a cute cafe with a beautiful retro aesthetic. So many blue and green hues and a great location right next to the beach. Good menu selection but nothing really unique. Helpful staff. Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options
Breakfast 29/3 Great service and happily had me in there working away for a few hours. Food was great and got exactly what I was after piece of toast, one egg, avo & mushroom! Great constant coffees and the take away cups were a great recycled initiative, thanks again!!
Nice location right near the beach. Food was pretty good, but nothing outstanding. Coffee was nice. Missus wanted hers in a take away cup which is what we always do. She likes it to stay hot and she usually keeps drinking it when we leave. They said they don't do that, environment reasons. Which is fair enough, just odd. Should look into environment friendly cup options. I had a beef brisket sandwich. Just wish it had more meat and the sour cream was on the sandwich and not on the side. Cheese was really good. Missus enjoyed her dish.
Interesting menu , moderately priced drinks and excellent service . All in a relaxed and unfussed peaceful atmosphere that has no techno music blaring in your ear .Food: 5/5
Highest ranked cafe in Mornington on Foursquare. We came by for our morning coffee run to sample the best Mornington has to offer. I am sad to say that we are a little bit disappointed. The coffee is quite average by typical Melbourne standards. The service was slow. They even forgot my order. The place was packed though. The deco and location are the highlights. Very cute, quirky deco throughout the cafe. It is right next by the beach with plenty of off street parkings. Maybe we were not lucky on the day. It might still be a decent place.
Great location on the water and the tomato bacon cheese brekky muffin was awesome. The coffee wasn't anything special but it wasn't overpriced so whatever Food: 4/5
