This store epitomizes what a Super Store should be. A Lifeline opshop that has it all housed in a huge shed. Both secondhand and new stock including Lifeline's homewares lines. Excellent furniture prices. Everything from Vintage, Retro Mid Century and Antique finds to modern household electrical items. It's a rummage store filled with great stock for creative's and quality unique and quirky finds. Friending and accommodating staff. Open every day!! Please don't drop dirty or broken rubbish items to opshops.
Went to buy a second hand donated dress, no price attached lady at counter said $10 this dress needed repairs and buttons replaced, I didn't agree to pay $10 for a donated item that needed repairs, the lady at the counter was rude, snatched the dress back and said all dresses are $10 so I left thanked her and left the dress behind.
Bought a $700 lounge with chaise last week, after my partner set it up at home thinking that all the hair that came with the lounge was small dog hair which we didnt see when we purchased it, my family started getting rashes and allergic reactions because myself and 2 daughters are allergic to cats, had electro dry come out and try and clean it for us which then destroyed half of the material inside the lounge due to how thick the cat hair was. I then took the whole lounge to the dump. This establishment then told me that I couldn't get a refund and they couldn't replace the lounge because they didn't have anymore. My family is now out of pocket by $1000 with no lounge. Unacceptable way of doing business in my opinion
Yeah well. Op shops are getting more expensive and quite frankly I can buy clothing new for same prices. These stores seem to be carrying more new cheap Chinese products.
Love this little store ... its definitely more like the old lifeline we all came to know and love with second hand goodies and not this brand new stuff you can buy at amart or fantastic furniture like the riverlink store
Decently sized store, with reasonable prices. Loads of clothes and kitchenware. Lots of toys for the kids. Small selection of books and DVDs. Surprising amount of blurays. Not a great deal of parking, but how busy do these places get? Will visit again.
Over priced. Would have bought heaps, but it's prices as high as a good retail store especially furniture. Poor judgement. Went down the road to salvos and bought heaps there instead. Prices were great.
Great op shop. Well organised. Great bargains.
Large range of reasonable priced second hand goods for sale and accepted
Shocking experience there today, Got told off for by a crotchety staff member, as I went to donate some items as I was driving past. Turns out, donating goods 15 mins to closing time is enough grounds to be belittled by a member of staff. Furthermore, I was just temporalily leaving some goods at the door so I could grab the rest from my car and the stsff was rude, uncaring and extremely unpleasant, clearly customer service is the wrong line of work for a majority of the people that work there. I reckon they should look inward, and think long and hard about the image they want to portray to their customers. Will be following this up with the staff there in a few days. If I could have put 0 stars. I would.
