Great range of products, always friendly staff and the pharmacists always go out of their way to help or answer any questions or concerns you may have :.

Really disappointed with the smirking and disgusting response from Corina this morning. She interrupted me constantly. Not what I expect for customer service. When I explained that it wasn't acceptable and I would be contacting Life Pharmacy's head office she smirked and explained each pharmacy is privately owned so not her problem.

Today I had a wonderful experience having my make up done by Atalia. She used Estee Lauder products and I was thrilled with the result. Atalia is a delightful young woman, professional in manner, very easy to engage with, listens well and gently applies the products. Highly recommended.

Great pharmacy very friendly staff that know all and are happy to help

I often ended up waiting for my prescriptions, even though I pick them up at the same time each week. The staff are very rarely friendly or personable and I have often felt very anxious about going there because of the way the staff act and speak. I have since changed pharmacy's because of the way I have been treated there. A real shame.

Always questions in an embarrassing way and in front of other customers, any prescriptions that my perfectly qualified doctor, has given me. They are pharmacists, NOT doctors. If my doctor says I need it. I need it. End of story.

Excellent service

Initially a not so great experience which was addressed by the store manager who went above her duty to rectify. Good service

Very friendly staff in this well stocked Chemist.
