For the library: small space with access to power and USB ports. Big comfy chairs but the tables near computers are too tall to use for study. Toilets are close by and clean. Wifi and cafe make it a cosy space to take a chill break when in the hustle bustle of the city.
A small space great to read, get some work done, or even just to relax for a bit.
It's not a real library. It's just a corner under the Town Hall building where there are some books you can borrow. There are two tables you can use your laptops on and read books. It's next to a Cafe with no door in between, so it's noisy most of the time. There are toilets here too. A good spot to have some rest nonetheless.
It's not a library site but a 'link' which means in practice about four desks, news papers and a small range of books. The desks are well setup for laptop users. It's fairly quiet and it was easy to find a space. Also on the floor is a good, cheap cafe. So a good hideyhole for doing some work.
Nice little area in the heart of the city, to take a book and a breath and relax. I mainly use this branch to pick up my books that I’ve borrowed online and also to return, as you can choose whichever branch you’d like to collect from, and this one has always been most convenient. There’s also a cafe right next door.
Most useless library I've seen in terms of computer use. Even with a member card, you can't open word documents genuinely not great when you have to finish an assignment. I'd have thought a library so well located would offer as many computer options as the other libraries in Sydney.
Express Library is the epitomy of the modern era's libraries.Below the astonishing building lies a huge selection of books, papers and magazines. Being regular here, it is the perfect place for reading and working on you laptop.Unbelievable how many fascinating and important documents are held in this one building.
I passed my life in Town Hall. There is nothing to say. I am sick of these silly reviews about town Hall, central, Cir. Q station. Please stop it
Really convenient and nice to stop by to enjoy a short read and a cup of coffee, however the internet connection kept dropping and thus made it really hard to properly work.
Its small but a convenient place to get you job done. Great for laptop user.
