I was eating some meatballs bought from here which contained pieces of bone and rubber presumably from rubber bands, I stopped eating them of course and in the bin dinner went. Disappointing IGA.
Clean shop but they still have products on there shelf that were past there best before date.

May 2022. Still a great place to shop, had some good specials for me today. Staff always friendly and helpful. A much better experience than the other main supermarkets. Some things are a bit dearest but if you pick your specials then it's great!! Lots of good specials but the ice cream I wanted was sold out and they "think " it might come in tomorrow. Unfortunately, the girl on checkout was, I assume, was new and had to ask someone else if they were coming in tomorrow or not. Even then, the other team member was not totally sure. All that aside, it's still a great place to shop as the staff are always friendly and as helpful as they can be. It's a shame it's so far away from the the other shops.
Staff were asking me if they could help, as I was looking around the shelves for things.
I am greeted beautifully and quite respectfully. I treat them with respect too. Ritchies SUPA IGA in Bairnsdale is the nicest shopping centre. Definitely worth 5 stars. I had a fantastic lunch today at Jax then went into the SUPA IGA and did my usual shopping. I am very happy with my purchases and will definitely return there to do any other shopping
Richie's IGA Eastwood was very good. We were able to get what we wanted.
Always a very clean store and 9 times out of ten can always find what I'm looking for..... courteous staff who are helpful when needed and customer service is very good as this is a main factor for me when I enter a business.
