edit: Following my review below the company has since contacted me to make amends. I am much more satisfied with the final outcome and I have been assured this is not typical of the service from the business. I appreciate their effort to maintain customer satisfaction. ----- A really poorly run office. The customer communication is appalling and the quoting for even the simplest pump outs is not transparent. After being invoiced for the pump out I questioned the amount and made my case for overcharging, even after the office agreed their quote was misleading, there was no refund. The only part of my experience that went well was that the driver and tank arrived on time and the pump out to our three tanks went smoothly. However, the driver didn't have the spare parts (new lids) that I ordered on board, but a call to the office said they would be delivered that afternoon (Tuesday). Nope. When I spoke to the office the next day (Wednesday) they would definitely be deliver the following day (Thursday). Nope. When I called Friday morning asking where they were I got a call back from the office manager they were on board for delivery, allow an hour. They arrived, oh but wait, two of the lids were clearly used and I had ordered new lids! So I email the office (it's time to start putting things in writing), the office manager is the only one who can help but he's unavailable, he'll call you back, I reply, have him call before invoicing. No call back on Friday, but first thing Monday an invoice for NEW lids that has already been put through on my card! After a VERY heated call Monday morning I received a 50% refund and am somewhat satisfied with the outcome. I do not recommend them.

Had a pool done a year ago, at the time I thought it was expensive, however recently used Some cowboys under an "elite" name that operated out of Coopers Plains... OMG... Just nasty... Use Lee's.... A million times better to deal with.

The on site and office staff are always professional, friendly and timely in their service. They are the business we most enjoy dealing with on a regular basis.
