Bad Action pumps is a more appropriate name as not only are they rude my experience with them recently is I rang to try to get a part for my pump and got I'll put you on hold then instead Of hold got cut off when I rang back got same result but when I said that I was then cut off he rudely said I'll ring you back and slammed the phone down as soon as I got the the last digit of my number out and never bothered to ring back not a way to run a business plus had reports of work being charged for but never done and they are expensive the previous times been there have been spoken to as though I was a nuisance do yourselves a favour and go around the corner to pump services they are excellent !!!! P.s the only reason there is one star is so as could post this.
went and seen Action Pumps this morning they were exceptionally busy as usual but we were treated with very good service and they still sorted us a great price on a davey pool pump and mako shark cleaner . Thankyou Action Pumps
Recently I had my pool filter replaced. I received professional advice, and service from Donald and Bernie. Donald organised it all and Bernie did a A Class job fitting it all and making sure it works a treat. Before Bernie left he made sure I knew how to maintain the pool properly. My pool has never looked so good. Much appreciated.
I've been dealing with Action Pump Services for quite a few years now. The guys are professional and really helpful, they certainly know their stuff. They will always take the time to explain the best setup options for your particular need. I recently setup a fire pump, and although I gave them the wrong specs for some of the fittings, they happily exchanged them. Thanks guys, well done and keep up the great work.
Had my pump fail while we were on holidays so I had my Dad call them to get a warranty, they told him they didn't service our system. Had found the receipt for the yearly service paid and got him to call back only to realise they were a month over due for our service, by the time they came out it was 2 months over due. Communication is the key to happy customers, if I was communicated that our service was going to be late it would have been fine but with no communication it's not good enough. Have got a refund on the remaining balance of our yearly service. Wouldn't use these guys again as they only have one tech doing services and don't communicate.
Many thanks to Brian at Action Pump Services for his excellent service. Our pump burnt out over the New Year and Action pump came out with a temporary pump as soon as possible until a new one could be installed. I was very impressed with the professional 'clients first' attitude. Highly recommend.

Couldn't fault the service, from talking with Donald over the phone to Brian the technician who is extremely efficient. I had no idea what to do, I could have easily been ripped off but Brian fixed the problem with honesty and ease. If the service delivery continues to be just like this, I will continue to be your customer.
If I could give 0 stars I would, my wife went here to get 20 litre drum of liquid chlorine and the useless staff at this shop watched her carry and struggle with this heavy drum, she is not a big person at all. Also used to get our system serviced by this mob and every time they did it there was problems with pumps. Stay away from this lot. Please don't reply, had enough of the pathetic excuses
