Had my Mazda CX-5 in for repairs to the tailgate, initially Motorone were very happy to explain the process at the commencement of service. They quoted 4 weeks repair. Exactly 4 weeks and I got the call to collect my car.nUpon pick up reception we’re Very polite and efficient. Car was washed and cleaned not a high end detail so don’t get excited lol but it was cleaner than when it went in and I’m very happy with the no fuss stress free service. The repair is good also.
Better contact would have been nice. Delay in delivery of parts delayed the job which then caused me extra work extended my hire car which to some time but went smoothly but I had to do it 2 times.nI had to call them for updates when the original pickup time was closed only to be told of delays they didn't call me. I know they are busy. But even a message would have been nice. Just more stress in an already stressful situation.
Recently, I had to get my car fixed at MotorOne Autobody in Ballarat. To my surprise, the level of customer service and quality of work was exceptional. The repair was flawless, and my car was thoroughly cleaned. The reception staff and repairmen were very friendly and took the time to explain everything they had done in great detail. I am extremely pleased with the work and overall experience. Kudos to the cleaners and everyone involved :
I'm really upset. My car has been at your repair shop for a month now, and they still haven't given me a quote or started fixing my car. I can't go anywhere without it. Today, I called Barrett's Repair Shop, and a female employee said she'd check and call me back, but she never did. Two weeks ago, they said they'd resolve it within a week, and last week, they said the same thing, but the problem still isn't solved. I'm really on the edge here.
Great company! Got my car repaired under insurance. They did an excellent job and even detailed the car. Best of all they were able to squeeze me in early as I was going on a long trip with it. Highly recommended.
