Second time I had WOF done here tick, 2xtyres needed to be replaced,  Manager gave me a discount tick, and much appreciated.  Customer service was top notch. Will return here. Sorry the last reviewer did not get same service as I did. Stay safe.

I had no issues here. WOF done for $40 and tire puncture done for $25. Didn't have to wait long but my parents grew tired standing as they had no seating area for their customers.

they. persevered to find the fault in my car and when they thought it was related to another job they had done on the car they didn't charge me even tho they spent a long time on it. so far very satisfied with their. work.

Went for service job, wasn't booked in just showed up; owner told me to come the following day, which i showed up early morning only to find out i wasn't even booked in fully, waited out in the cold for 2hrs, got my car in, guy working on the service didn't know how to service a VW with my bally pan taken off half way and just handing in mid air, he lifted the oil pan and wedged it between the cars front bally pan, the bally pan could have broken off, overall very poor service that day, not very professional, i was like these guys are my own kind, i will let it go. from the start they knew my car was under warranty, because i remember asking the guy about this, they said it's good bro, If they didn't know if this was a warranty job why did they stemp my warranty card for; why didn't they inform me the customer that i'm not allowed to bring my own oil and filter; why did they do the job knowing this would be a issue later, i was not provided a invoice that day i just got a stemp, which i thought would have allgood with my insurance but they said they need both to keep it on the system. I tried to get a service invoice from these guys, but they told me now that since i brang my own Oil and filter they will not provide me one and can only give an invoice for labor hours.  All i would say is that don't let your customers down, tell them all the things they need to know from the get go because you guys do this job everyday, if i told your guys about the warranty; they should have told me to take the oil and filter back and they will use there own, give a customer service. Friendly and their cheap tyres do the job. Will update once the WoF has been done. But so far am happy with service. edit Forgot to update this a while ago, but I was happy with the service given to get the WoF for my car. Update 7/9/19 Had to get a few things fixed to get the latest WoF but after getting the car back I'm glad it's safe to drive. Thanks guys!

Called them up to ask how much to fix underneath the car, was quoted $180 for one or $280 for two.  I won't say what was fixed as they will know who I am.  Got there and they did the fix up only for a $400 charge.  I thought "Well maybe the part or labor was more so I let it go".  We asked a quote for our 2nd car and told $800 bux for several things to get fixed.  We ended up fixing 6 things by other auto repair services for $203.  The last thing to fix was very minor & got 3 quotes to say it will cost roughly $100.  That's a total of $303 all labor intensive & this establishment quoted us $800?  What a rip off, no good going there guys, you will be ripped off hard

Had a service done and wof. Very fast and good customer service

Not a mechanic so can't comment on quality of work. But the service is really terrible. Some staff speak broken english so communication is a struggle. Worse still, I was not informed of some unexpected labor hours and only found out when a much larger bill came at the end. No invoice given, no transparency whatsoever.

Car worked fine before, took in for a service for WOF. Next day found a minor fault that needs replacing for upwards of $300. Don't waste your time or money here.
