Every time I visit Ballarat, I drop into Le Kitchen. Why? 1. Fantastic products - quality, quality, quality. Not your everyday merchandise but the best range of affordable items ranging from novice to experienced. 2. Friendliest staff - even the owner took time to stop her busy schedule and show me around the incredibly stocked store. 3. Great advice - no pressure on sales just a shared love for cooking and the discernment to know what the customer is looking for or needing. Thanks again for being these three points. Staff member was unfriendly and stalked me around the store as though I was trying to steal something.

Giving recognition where it is due: staff accidentally short changed me at the close of Monday's trading. I returned first thing next morning and after explaining the situation and the context of our engagement, staff recalled the situation and the error of their ways. They had no hesitation of handing over the $30! Before this incident quality service has always been evident along with their great range of kitchen products. I will definitely continue shopping here.
