After many years of coming to this Salon, I have finally broken up with it. I made the mistake of coming here to get my colour done before my wedding (why oh why). I explained what I wanted and after a lot of back and forth, the hairdresser felt quite confident we were on the same page. She then disappeared and came back after 20 minutes to start on my hair. This is not unusual. I noticed the foils were being done differently to the desired effect I wanted but I was reassured that what I was asking for wouldn't look good. I was then left with the foils for AN HOUR AND A HALF before anything was washed off, leading to some breakage and my previously dark brown hair being so ashy that it looks GRAY! When I complained about my hair literally breaking off as I touched it, I was first told it wasn't, then I was told it was NORMAL. I just could not believe how much BS comes out of these girls mouths. The staff really need to learn to pay closer attention to their customers and address their concerns with respect instead of being brushed off. Don't ever waste your money here or risk damaging your hair because you are not likely to get a very personal service. Extremely poor communication too.

Haircut: terrible. They don't even try to make it look good. They just snip here and there so it's reasonable, but not good. I also went there for a piercing and the witch put 3 dots on my helix asking where I wanted it. I told her the middle dot. She then pierced the bottom one. After I made her aware of her mistake she offered a free piercing and told me to come the week after as she was out of piercing studs. I asked for a note to show the staff to prove I was entitled to a free piercing and she told me not to worry because she's the only piercer who works there. Then I went back the next week and she told me her order hasn't come in yet. I went back the week after and same thing. Two weeks later she began to avoid me and told the other staff that the order wasn't in. I then gave up and realised she was just a scam. Terrible person.

I went in there yesterday only wanting my bangs cut, undercut re shaved and about an inch taken of the rest of my hair. Instead I was told to wait until someone would cut my hair in about 5 minutes which was understandable but instead I was waiting for about 15 minutes until someone even put me in a chair, from then I was waiting in the chair for about 20 minutes until someone can over to me and asked what I wanted. I told her what I wanted done with my hair and she proceeded to hack at my hair for a while with a comb, then she cut my bangs the smallest amount and took about 3 millimetres of the rest of my hair before saying that it was done and that I could go, so I left thinking about how awful the staff were when a lady (completely different one to the one that cut my hair) came running after me saying that she wanted to cut my hair now and I tried to explain that the other lady told me to go and that I was happy with it (I wasn't, just looking for any excuse to leave at this point) then she finally left. In the end they ended up only taking a very small about of length from my hair, took the smallest amount possible of my bangs and didn't shave my undercut. To make the whole experience worse there were two little kids running around taking things like hairspray off the shelves and spraying them at people in the store. Overall, if you are willing to spend $25 dollars on nothing but a crappy haircut, poor treatment and being deafened by the screams of the hairdressers whenever they see their friends by all means, go there.

Loved it. Cheap prices, high quality. Friendly smiles and you leave the shop feeling like a queen. Definitely recommend this place

As most woman do, this place has cheap prices but their prices are cheap because they suck, they sizzled my hair off at the Hurstville store and all I got is my regrowth done. I went in the next day with my receipt and showed them my orange sizzled hair and all my blisters all over my head and the manager refused to give me a refund and denied the fact that they ruined my hair. This business is the worst hair dresser I have ever come across, please do your research, pay extra to get a good job done. I now have breakage all through my hair, my hair is sizzled off and it's untreatable. I wish this salon goes out of business. You destroy people's hair everyday.
