This hair salon is the worst in the world! I realized why the price is cheap after getting my haircut. It was so quick and she just cut my hair so badly, I wonder if she is even qualified. Now my hair length is uneven! End result, I have to go another hair salon to fix it. Don't waste your money here.

I want this business to close really nothing less i want they ruined my hair completely terrible most rude manager and staff i have ever talked. Asked for different color and highlights and got completely different white hightlights and manager Moey is worst of entire staff he will flatter you by saying it looks good on you when you look so ugly and wont accept his staff mistake. And worst part is my hair was done by senior most stylist of saloon and there are so many trainees working there So be be very careful guys. I have spent $150 down to drain now i have funny orange hair.

Went with a friend where she asked for brown hair but the staff just bleached her hair and said it will turn brown! Unless you’re doing a full dyed hair it will look good, part from that very bad

I’ve been here a few times, to B&B and the one that used to be near the RTA which is under the same management. Overall, I’ve been quite pleased with the experience although I am aware of friends saying they’ve been disappointed. Sometimes, the hairdressers there do seem quite aloof. They sometimes leave you a little longer after the timer goes off but will quickly come to you if you just give them a heads up. Also, when giving a blow out I would appreciate more heat protectant put on my hair but this is just me being picky. I’ve always found the staff to be friendly. I particularly like the blonde Asian girl whom I haven’t seen in awhile. She’s great, very friendly, and does an excellent job helping you get the result you want. The last time I was there I was serviced by a lovely girl who probably gave me the best haircut of my life. I’ve never waited long and I’ve always been assisted as soon as I arrive. I’m sorry about the bad reviews, but B&B has always made me feel super comfortable and I’ve always left satisfied.

**** DO NOT EVEN GIVE EYE CONTACT TO THIS SALON***** If there was an option for negative stars I would have selected it. I asked for a blow dry with my ends kicked in, i was told it was not a problem. The lady (if you would even call her that) was using my hair for her own amusement to cure the bordem she has in her life. My hair was left frizzy as if i just stepped out of the Bermuda Triangle. I informed this half dazed hairdresser that it was not straight. This hair dresser then informed me she was a qualified hairdresser ( Im glad she clarified this as I was second guessing all licensing and qualifications of my location). For my own safety the “hairdresser” dropped the blow dryer and told me to finish It myself. To which i agreed was probably the best option presented to me so far. A moment later another hairsresser wearing sneakers and tights came to continue the story of my hour in hell. Again not being able to witness my hair being put through so much trauma i told her to drop the hair dryer and proceeded to give a step by step lesson on how to blow dry hair. Come in Salon Manager........ He asked me whats my problem, i told him i just wanted my hair straight and kicked in. He undid all of my hair and started to attack it like all his life frustration was stuck to the roots of my scalp. I was finally let out of my death chair. I went to speak to the manager about how my hair was not straight and not kicked in. His response was thay ‘we couldnt do it”. The manager then seen that there could see some funds slipping into the far distance due to my dissatisfaction. At that moment this womanly looking man yelled “SECURITY” at the top of his pretty little lungs. I paid and never will go back again. Overall a adventure in Bankstown that I could tell my grandchildren one day. ‭
