We chose Le Bangkok over a few restaurants for our evening meal. It was our unlucky night as we experienced the worst service in Melbourne to date. We ordered our food at 09:05pm, and were served it at 09:55pm, cold, and one of the dishes was the wrong meal. Hungry and exhausted, we didn't bother to change the dish and ate whatever we could. Oh yes, there was no cutlery, so had to go up to the counter to ask for some, which they had to wash as there was no clean cutlery available. To top it all off, the manager charged us the full amount, although apologizing for the poor service. The food was amazing pity it was cold, but that was the only plus point.
