The response from this owner who has chosen not to take on board genuine concerns about her property.  This is not good.  It states to me you are not interested in genuine and honest feedback.  I traveled regularly and I feel the property does not represent good value for money....the door in the master bedroom could not be closed I had to place the set of drawers against it to hold it shut.
Very disappointing I didn’t find the kitchen or shower area up to standard from a cleaning point of view.  The dishwashing liquid and hand detergent provided in the kitchen had been watered down to an extent it provided no santiary.  Coffee machine not working, no pillow protectors on the pillows overall considering the long list of house rules it seemed like complete double standards.
The home smelt damp.
