Waited a while for food but lady apologised which was fine, my issue was the staff minus the last lady that served me at the end , the young guy was rude and stuffed orders up charged me for a large drink but large drinks don't exist  and the guy with the mask seemed abit bothered and everything was a big effortnAnd the special rails to help the little ones I asked what would help and he only suggested bumpers then as I'm leaving the people next to me had the special device with RailsnStill something to do with the little ones just abit of a nightmare on a busy school holiday night.

Kicking out 4x 7year old kids on a 7th birthday  after not even there first turn of bowling the lane broke down 6 times before all kids had even  bowled 1 game kicking kids out just because there was competition and grow arse adults having a sooke actually disgusting thought thus was a family friendly place not a place for full grown adult bully kids

Had a great time with colleagues as part of a Christmas gathering.nnHadn't bowled for 20 years, but once those red and black shoes were on... It all came back.nnLots of different groups, ages...

Ordered chips, waited 45 minutes and nothing ! Went up to counter, didn't get served at all, so just left ! Stick ya chips!

Always look after their regular patrons and have good clean amenities.
