Where do I begin? The service is so unbelievably atrocious! I ordered a chips and nugget meal deal waited 20 minutes then asked where my food is the and the man at the counter rudely exclaimed “There’s a lot of orders wait your turn!!” I was baffled by this as he was practically shouting right into my face. I then waited another 20 minutes to go up and find out how hard it is to make some chips and nuggets. He again spoke in a harsh tone yelling “once again there’s a lot of orders sit and wait your turn!” This bearded man was not only unfriendly but seemed to be unhygienic as he was touching the dirty shoes from customers and without washing his hands then handling food. To make the already unpleasant experience worse the chairs and tables are filthy overall this was the worst customer service and bowling experience I’ve had in my life. If I could rate this 0 stars I would!
Had fun a little bit of faults with the lane but nothing major over had a fun time with friends also the alley could be updated a little old decor
Great owners, good lanes, balls got stuck in return a fair bit. Owner gave me a pin 2 leave with, as we had travelled a fair distance. Video games are good no tickets on machines though. Maybe discounts on food or games from high scores would be good. We will be back.
Definitely not suitable for young families as children under 3 can’t bowl. A fact that I was told is due to insurance companies not covering ANY bowling alley for children under 3. Maybe just advertise the fact that this is not suitable for families upon booking.

Friendly staff! Affordable prices. Lots of fun for the whole family. The lovely lady gave my son a print out of the game scores as he thought it was pretty funny that he beat me.... he is 4!
Great place to visit with the kids and certainly encourages a fun time, prices are extremely good compared to franchise Tenpin Bowling. You have a great venue and atmosphere, but it's time to renovate and take your business to a new level. With all do respect your bathroom facilities look extremely unhygienic. I truly believe you hold the key to continuous success within your area, don't let it down by not giving your business a face lift.
Even though I lost both games this was fun. Parkings a bit light but we went in the middle of the day so it wasn't a major issue.
We had an amazing time there. The staff are great and so friendly and helpful. The place was so clean and the holiday plans are great price for families. So good to get back into the swing of it and have fun with the family again. It's a must these holidays or anytime of the year. Loved it and will be back
