Upon relocating from Adelaide, I was nervous to find my go-to place for my brows and lashes. After extensive research, I decided on Lash and Brow Boudoir and Skin. They did not disappoint. The most incredible team - Prabhjot was so incredibly thorough with my lash lift and brow lamination. She was gentle, yet firm and quick because I mentioned that Expect to be greeted by the fabulous team too. Incredible incredible incredible. They will have another repeat customer. Highly recommend.

I had the most delightful experience at this salon today. Mae treated my lashes, taking them from lame, to show stopping!! Her emphatic love of sweets comes out in her kind, and sweet personality.  The attentive ladies at reception created a truly luxury experience, Nari was so kind as to tend to my work phone, while Dani poured bubbles and generously assisted with what otherwise would have been an arduous errand.Service:&nbsp;Eyelash extensions

I did the Lash & Brow Boudoir Experience with Vandana and she was terrific! Expert hands gave me a very natural looking brow arch that complements my face shape. Very friendly staff and little waiting time. Will definitely be going back.

I had the most incredible customer experience of my entire life at Richmond Lash and Brow Boudoir. I write that very seriously. It was the best customer service ive ever had, from the ladies at the front counter to my incredibly talented eyebrow technician Prabhjot, thank you, thank you! I got my eyebrows laminated, tinted and threaded for the first time, the whole experience was perfect from start to finish, I felt extremely cared for right till the very end and my brows look incredible. Highly highly recommend ladies and gents!

I've gone to so many Eyebrow and lash places all over Australia and nothing compares to this place. All the girls in there go above and beyond and give you a consultation before and make sure you're happy with everything. I had a brow tidy and lash lift done and I’m extremely pleased with the results! The staff at the reception were super friendly and welcoming. Rupa performed the services and she was attentive and gentle, continuously checking to make sure I was comfortable and made sure to throughly explain the steps during my lash lift. Overall I’m really happy with the results and will definitely come here again!
