I cannot recommend Laser Vision SA highly enough !! From the first day the staff treat you like they have known you forever. They are so friendly and any questions you have they will answer or follow up personally. They even provide coffee , chocolate and water for yourself and if you have someone with you. The optometrists themselves are friendly , straight to the point and always ask if you have any questions as well. They have been absolutely amazing and I cannot thank them enough for changing my life and my eyesight.
It’s been 2 years since I had lens implant treatment performed by Dr Fraenkel. The procedure ran exactly as promised. I had good eyesight within 24 hours, very good eyesight within 72 hours and excellent eyesight within 30 days. Life without glasses is a real joy; running, riding, swimming and scuba diving with perfect vision has improved my quality of life immeasurably. A big thank you to the team @ Laser Vision SA, I wish I’d met you sooner.
An absolute dream come true! I wake up in the morning and I can see without glasses for the first time in my life. I waited until my final check up appointment before leaving a review and from start to finish, my experience was fantastic! I was in good hands with Dr Fraenkel and the team at Laser Vision SA. I was quite nervous about the procedure and they made sure I was fully informed and comfortable the whole time. The day of the procedure, the level of care I received was amazing and following the procedure, my eyesight got better every day. Don’t panic if your vision isn’t perfect right away, it takes time to heal. Be patient with the process. I closely followed the instructions I was given and within 4-5 weeks my eyesight was the same if not better than when I had glasses. I’m so pleased with the results and am happy to recommend Laser Vision SA.
Don't hesitate, just do it. Non-invasive, painless, and only takes a few minutes. I went from 3 different pairs of glasses to none!! The difference is amazing. Great team with Dr Fraenkel and his friendly efficient staff.
Could not recommend the team at Laser Vision SA any more highly. I am blown away with my results from the Lasik procedure, and will be sure to recommend to anyone thinking about having it done. The procedure was pain free with only mild discomfort for the first night, then waking up being able to see clearer than I ever have!
Laser Vision SA feels like a day spa, not a surgery. They are claiming, considerate of nerves and honestly eye surgery is less uncomfortable than getting your teeth cleaned at the dentist. Don't hesitate! 24 hours post op and I am driving my car without glasses! After 25 years of wearing glasses the hardest part is to break the habit of putting them on.
Such professional and caring service, the entire procedure was explained step by step. After having a 2 hr nap after the procedure, I was able to read without glasses. Healing was not as bad as I thought it would be. I definitely recommend Laser Vision SA and am so happy and satisfied with the result.
Very happy with all aspects of my experience. All members of the team were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. The procedure itself was completely painless and fast. They say the worst part of the entire procedure is putting the eye drops in beforehand, this is absolutely true. I had the SMILE procedure done in both eyes. Will be recommending LVSA to anyone that wants to have corrective surgery done. I was previously a -3.25 and in 24 hours I’m already seeing 20/20.

I was very impressed with Laser Vission SA every step of the way from the 1st consultation to the procedure and the next day follow up. The staff are amazing and Dr Fraenkel explained everything very well. The rooms are inviting and you can even have refreshments! I'm happy to say this review was written WITHOUT wearing glasses!
