I've just finished placement in Ageing, and be ready for the next one in Disability. I'd love to thank Celtic Training Adelaide's Campus Manager, Trainers, and Staff. Everything I learned and practiced from Celtic was a solid foundation for my success in my first placement. I'm thankful for the brilliant leadership of the Campus Manager, the team of knowledgeable and experienced teaching staff, especially Ms. Vennessa - my educator with an enjoyable, practical, and effective pedagogy, and Dr. Frank who recalled me beautiful days in university with his thoughtful lectures, Mr. Ali, Ms. Pallavi, Mr. Steve..., along with Mr. Frederick's dedicated placement arrangements. One of the most important staff is the Admin Team, whom I approached first. Your professional, fast and efficient way of working made me feel that everything is so bright. Once again, thank you for all the amazing things Celtic Training Adelaide has given us in this beautiful journey! With all gratitude and appreciation,
I completed my cert 3 in community services last year in October, it’s now February and I still haven’t received my certificate for the course. I’ve emailed admin and have called countless times but I can never get through. It’s extremely frustrating. The lectures of the course were friendly, but due this reasoning I would not come back here to do any other future courses. Would not recommend.
Just completed my studies with Celtic. I loved my educational journey with them, and am looking forward to the future. My educator "Pallavi" was a completely amazing individual. Her teaching style was interesting. Her knowledge for the units were excellent. She gave me and my classmates support and guidance through our course. Definitely would recommend Celtic training to others who wish to pursue further studies/ training. One thing that i really appreciated in this place was the respect they gave me and other mates as students. I have had training in other places and they look at you like a kid in school, but this place took into account that we were adults learners.
I started community service course cert 3 online at this organization as they were the only ones available due to covid and they offered a huge discount at the time for my situation and quite honestly the amount of help you'll be getting online studying is virtually none. You get a zoom session once a week and my instructors was incredibly kind and understanding but it's the whole team around her that's doing the company no favors. The "feedback" I'd receive back was from some other instructor who simply gave me 1 sentence pointers for 5 pages worth of work submitted. If you're coming here to learn and actually develop an arrange of useful skill stay away from this organization
This course was run very efficiently and is a good balance of theory and practical experience. The educator was helpful and motivational. It gave me confidence going into a new career.
Completed my certificate 3 in ageing last couple of months and had an enjoyable experience all through out. Ali and Frank was my educator and they are indeed amazing, they're very patient, caring, and detailed when delivering lectures. Class is interesting esp. when they share experiences, advice, and things to do in the facility. The admins, staff and workplacement officers were also approachable, they are available to assist us anytime. I'm really happy to say that I've learned a lot from this training school and as well thankful that they made me feel confident in doing things. Thanks very much for everything :
Fantastic opportunity for a person to get skilled quickly and enter the workforce as work placement is included in courses organised by the institution. Be aware it is fast tracked and may require full time hrs in class of hrs 9am to 3pm depending on course chosen, relevant for certificate 111 in individual support. Great Instructors and helpful staff work for this organisation, so just prepare and do the work necessary and it is quite a good course and institution to study at. Hope you experience good things, also on work placement get your booked signed by people at the organisation you complete it at before finishing placement as many fail to achieve this and then are stuck.
My educator Pam Salandra was extremely professional, approachable, and supportive throughout the training process. She has made my experience studying with Celtic a positive one. Thank you Pam
I finished my Certificate 3 here, i have no prior experienced in aged care and community. They provided a good level of teaching, almost everyday you have practical in the lab from the basic bed making, bed bath, showering, toileting and use of the lifter. I have good experienced with my educator Pallavi and Franco. The training institute also look for the facility for you to do your 3 weeks placement. Note: although Pam was not our instructor she did support our class as well. Her voice is modulated and its very effective. Some people might mistake that she rude, but its just her personality. But overall she is nice women with a lot of passion. Overall my journey with Celtic training is positive. I am got a job 4 weeks after i completed my placement. I am working in the community sector which i really enjoy.
The team is excellent and very informative. They're willing to help with any questions and explain the process from beginning, enrolling through to completion of their courses! Check them out!
