Deeply unprofessional company.  We had a faulty dimmer switch in a new build property that we bought. Laser were the electrical contractors, and were asked to send an electrician to take a look. The electrician came and "fixed" the switch by stuffing the ends of the dimmer knobs with electrical tape. Needless to say that "fix" lasted about a day.  When they sent a second electrician he replaced the dimmer modules which should have been done in the first place but got quite aggressive when I wanted to test them rather than just signing his job sheet for him - turned out they still weren't working as expected and he told me "I can assure you they are working perfectly, I've tested them myself". Maybe he did test them, but until I see them working as expected I will not be forced to sign that I'm happy with the job. The customer service manager refused to help and I had to go back to the developer to get the issue resolved.  Avoid at all costs.
