The staff are very personable and engaging. The Black Onyx jewellery is beautiful, but the vintage selection is absolutely wonderful.

Can I congratulate you on a fantastic customer service experience! I got a call from a delightful lady to let me know that my order was being processed. This was on about Wednesday prior to Mother's Day. When I mentioned that it was a Mother's Day gift, the caller listened, and offered to go out to the factory and try to expedite the engraving etc and ship the ring in the hope that we would get it by then. I did not expect to have the ring by Mother's Day and didn't even ask for any special treatment. The package arrived on the Friday, I'm a hero to my daughter and on Mother's Day she was able to give Mum the ring. Thank you so much. The most enjoyable customer service I have found in a long time. I would recommend Lannah Dunn to anyone. Please pass on my thanks to the team.
I’m one lucky lady. The lovely women at Lannah Dunn Toowoomba helped me pick a selection of the most beautiful antique and Art Deco engagement rings for my now fiancé to choose from, and were so kind and patient with both of us during our visits. Their advice, expertise and suggestions were spot on, and I now get to spend the rest of my life wearing one of their stunning works of art. There’s no need to shop anywhere else. Beautiful fine jewellery with many affordable ranges. The staff here are absolutely lovely and make you feel so comfortable. I love my coin ring that I bought here and always get so many compliments on it. I always tell everyone I bought it at Lannah Dunn.
It was my birthday and my husband wanted to buy me a quality piece and was prepared to spend quite a bit on the chosen piece. My daughter and I went inside to look. Beautiful pieces. Unfortunately the staff leave a little to be desired. Whilst the girl was busy serving, we were prepared to wait, there was no smile or acknowledgement and when my daughter asked for help she said I am busy.The other lady was busy doing bookwork at the till. Lannah Dunn you have missed out on my business, because your staff are rude, which is a shame as you have lovely unique pieces.
My darling friend orgainised a gift certificate for my 50th birthday. From the moment I entered Lannah Dunn, I was looked after and I wasn't rushed to make my choice.
