Servicing the greater Queenstown-Lakes region run by locals with attentive and caring ideals. Listen well to your requirements and also willing to go the extra mile. Big to small repairs and fixes as well as tyres and custom work give the boys a holler and you shan't be dissatisfied. The dogs are very cute too!
Hayden, Ryan, and Ryan’s dad Colin who helps Ryan run the business and was very responsive when setting up appointments were the best mechanics I have been to in New Zealand. They got me in quickly, gave me reasonable quotes, and knew what they were doing. They even stayed later after work one day to help me with my transmission fluid change, and Hayden went out of his way to help me configure my gray water tank for my campervan. Their garage is humbly tucked away on a dirt road near the remarkable ski area access road with plenty of parking. If you need a mechanic in Queenstown, give these guys a call!!!Services: Transmission
I was a clueless student driving through Queenstown to come home for the holidays and my car started to make a very very worrisome noise. I was due to leave town that evening and needed to have my car checked ASAP but every single mechanic i called fourteen!! wouldn’t even listen to my car for just a few minutes until i found Addept Automotive. Absolute legends. Not only was Hayden able to take time out of his busy schedule, he was able to take my fan belt out and have me on the road within the half hour. I don’t even write reviews but i’m just so thankful for Addept and couldn’t recommend them enough!! 100/10 service
We are very grateful to Addept automotive. Legend! They were the only ones in Queenstown who could help us to wire our 12V fridge to our rv battery system before or over the weekend. Every mechanic that we called didn’t even listen to our enquiry and could only give us an appointment in weeks time. Thank you to Colin who had a look straight away, brought the parts and get on the job the next day Sunday. He was very acknowledgeable, kind and patient. He explained everything while we were around. The entire process from start to finish was extremely professional. I booked online and had confirmation in minutes. Always Ryan kept me well informed on what was happening with our cars. Every service was carried out in the time stated and I was called back immediately once completed! The service was also way cheaper than others I saw around town. Thanks for that. These guys were fantastic. Their quote was accurate and honest. They were understanding and sympathetic to our frustrating situation when a part took way longer than expected to come and we were consequently without wheels for over 2 weeks. They went out of their way to make time and even stayed late on multiple occasions to help speed the process along and get the job done. Best of all, they solved the issue and sent us home with our van running mint! They know what they are doing. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you, gents. We'll come to you again if we are ever in the area!
Above and beyond service! My partner and I were visiting Queenstown for a couple of days and our car starting having issues just as we arrived. We made contact with Addept and Hayden/Ryan were able to come out to our hotel to have a look over the car. After some investigation and work the car was back up and running. Unfortunately as we were leaving Queenstown the car starting having issues again, and we made contact with Hayden and drove to their workshop. These guys were fantastic and spent the rest of the afternoon working on the car - up until 7pm on a Friday night! Hayden and Ryan's service was the best we have experienced. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable and soon had us back on the road that evening. 10/10 service and well priced. Couldn't recommend them enough!
