We really enjoyed our meal. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. I love craft beers and the selection was good. We both had stone grills and the lamb was great, the chips fresh and the salad was fine. And yes, great views of beautiful Lake Taupo.
Had some lovely fish and chips for lunch, and a couple of tap beers, would definitely recommend lakehouse taupo for a bite to eat!
Good location, beautiful outdoor seating. Ordered steak, and came out very rare, and super chewy. Fries were alright. And good choice of teas.
It was absolutely disgusting. We had fish and chips. The batter was made it seemed in old oil and die fish was rubbery. The salad was chopped in big chunks and drowned in a ready-made dressing. NEVER AGAIN.
Clean, tidy, great service & food. My only disappointment was the "Coffee Guy" throwing the left over food on the ground which encourages the already very cheeky sparrows to land on your table while eating. Super
It was another crowded Saturday night dining, the place was so compact. Food wasn't too bad , I would say average. Service was excellent though considering it was a busy night. We don't have to wait for too long for our food, and they served Mulled wine which was nice.
The stone cooked meals are really good! Friendly staff and good service.
