This is one of our go to places during school holidays because the outside pools are open. My kids love it here. There's always a big crowd, lots of laughter and good times everywhere. If you forget to pack food - don't worry, they have a small tuck shop to buy slushy, noodles, hot dogs, packet chips and drinks. It's fun to swim around or wade in the water but you'll have more fun when you take water toys to play with together.
It's equipped with good space, neat showers and supportive staff
I signed my 11- and 12-year-old children up for a free swimming trial, but they were placed in a kindy/toddler class. This was completely inappropriate for their age and made them feel embarrassed and uncomfortable.nIt honestly felt like they were just put into any available class without consideration, simply because it was a free trial or because they were new. That was really disappointing. A trial should assess children properly and place them in an age-appropriate group where an instructor can see their actual ability.nThey didn’t learn anything from the session, and the experience has put them off wanting to continue. I feel this was handled very poorly
The facilities are pretty good and it's fairly clean but three out of the last four times I went to the pool there were projectiles whizzing over my head, landing in the spa pool and the swimming lanes. I was nearly hit by a rugby ball that was being thrown and kicked across the width of the pool. I complained twice.As I think this isn't very safe I've cancelled my membership.
Most disgusting pool!! Slimy and slippery pool floor and spa steps. Surrounding areas were dirty as well. Used bandaids lying next to the pool. Staff standing and chatting in the corner while teenagers sprayed water on other pool users, walking areas, benches and inside changing rooms. On top of that water slides not working!! NEVER COMING BACK!
