Great service, friendly and hardworking staffnnThe lab staff at Glenfield Mall were professional, friendly, and efficient. I was seen quickly even the place was packed, and the blood test was done with care and skill. They made the whole process smooth and easy.nStaff here deserve a pay rise as it’s super busy all the time.
I turned up at about 3:30pm on a Monday and it was quite full. I considering leaving and coming back the next day but I stayed and the wait time was short considering the amount of people in the queue.nThe nurse was so friendly and efficient. Inhave had some phlebotomists in the past, struggle to locate my veins and I have found it quite painful, but she had no difficulty finding a vein and I felt no pain at all. Very happy with my treatment here.
Very disappointing experience. One Korean staff member was rude and unprofessional, forgot to release the tourniquet until the blood test was finished, and dismissed my allergy to sticky plaster by telling me to hold the cotton myself for 15 minutes. I had to ask another staff member for help, who was polite and advised her the correct alternative. The difference in professionalism was clear. This lab needs better training and patient care standards.
I had my blood test done here on October 10, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The staff member who took my blood — an Southeast Asian woman — was extremely rough and careless.nnWhen removing the needle, she pulled it out so forcefully that it caused significant bruising and several visible broken capillaries. Now, days later, I still have a large yellow-green bruise and multiple red spots around the area.nnWhat upset me most was her attitude — she was impatient, unfriendly, and seemed completely indifferent to the discomfort she caused.nnI strongly urge the management to review staff training and professionalism. No patient should have to go through this kind of unnecessary pain and poor treatment.
For anyone who booked online for a blood test - I made a booking on the website via self-referral and went there on time. However I was told that I cannot do it without a referral from a doctor. Had to leave and a complete waste of time. If so what’s the point of having a self-referred option on your website?
