Beautiful small local restaurant. Food was presented well, cooked beautifully with plenty of sauces and flavour. We used a Groupon voucher and it was a splendid deal for the money. We would definitely return. Staff were excellent, couldn't do enough, very accommodating!!
Saw some other negative reviews but was not put off. Food was great and presented well. The staff were very friendly. And the portions were good. Overall was a nice venue and value for money! I will be going back for sure: Worth a try.
If your considering going to this restaurant my advice is DON'T the other evening six locals were very very disappointed with the service and disgusting food I had to ask for a steak knife to try and cut the pork which I still could not eat. Other patrons were also disappointed. There were four serving and believe me they could not get a thing right between them we did complain but they really didn't care. Denise Morris.
Great selection in the menu and very reasonable prices. Waitress was extremely helpful and polite, service was quick considering she was by herself and restaurant was at 50% capacity. Will go again. Great experience here
Dishonest. Took booking. NEXT DAY Cancelled 4 hours before dinner. During holiday season impossible to find another restaurant on such short notice. Was on a Groupon voucher. Money paid but no dinner. Their answer, "sorry nothing we can do we decided to close tonight and reopen in 3 weeks". Celebration ruined. Money lost.
Waited to long for food and didn't get some orders until we complained. New management is atrocious and the new chef should never have replaced the old one. Table next to us was in the same boat. Wow bring back the old owners and the old chef
Tapas was pretty good, I'll pay that, 4 stars. Service was pretty good too, Mains mmm.. I asked the owner if he'd eaten risotto before, and what is it supposed to look like? He admitted it was quite dry. Importantly it was more what could be described as "special fried rice Italian style" than risotto. Wrong rice long grain, and they'd washed it beforehand so all the starch was gone. My parma - instead of having tomato paste or passata under the cheese had slices of tomato... huh? It was like the chef was given a menu and then it was lost in translation. Mains I give 2 stars - there was a theme here, the Asian items were done really well, and the modern Australian cuisine not so much. Chef needs to learn cook Italian food if this place if to stay open, or limit menu items to something they do well. Will likely appeal to seniors who don't know the difference.
An absolutely exquisite place with very friendly service & great food. We have been several times & can't speak highly enough of the restaurant.

Great food & service for lunch or dinner, the tapas plate for 2 was delicious & left room for dessert/coffee We have had lunch & dinner 3 times already in last few months-we'll be back- reasonable prices & great that it's local
