I ordered two recliners from the Joondalup branch, paid $1800 deposit and told it would take 12 weeks for delivery. I was purchasing them because my wife had a stroke and couldn't use our settee. Sadly my wife passed away and I contacted the store to say I would like to cancel our order as the recliners had not yet been delivered and were in the Lazboy warehouse so I asked if the owner who I dealt with personally could call me. Instead he asked a staff member to call me rather than calling himself and I was told I couldn't get my deposit refunded as the recliners would be hard to sell as they were cream and the owner has "mouths to feed." I had items from other companies that gave me refunds even after their products had been delivered. The issue isn't the money it's the lack of empathy and the fact that he had the audacity to comment that he had mouths to feed knowing my wife had just passed away
One of 2 la-z-boy recliners we bought about 6 years ago had a mechanical problem, failing to lock in the recline position. We contacted the store to enquire about repairs and a very helpful and friendly staff member took our details and within days we were contacted by the repair agents. They immediately sent an efficient member of their staff who quickly fixed the problem and advised there was no charge as it was covered by la-z-boy warranty. Fantastic good old fashioned service we rarely see these days.
Horrible service from La-Z-Boy Osborne Park. My mother purchased 2 recliners. Both have the same manufacturing fault. After 3 visits to the store and doing what was asked to get a warranty claim sorted, my 84 year old mother walked away with no claim and help. Perhaps some customer service skills are needed.
Fantastic range.Competitive pricing. High Quality Service. We ordered a Pearl, such has a fantastic range of set up options, for a great price Good for those who want something that looks great in the mid-price range. And a La-z-boy Empire rocking chair. All stock is high quality with good waranentees. Staff are knowledgeable and able to answer any questions.

Lazboy furniture is the most comfortable. I can fall asleep in my chair and wake up refreshed. I have brought more expensive furniture in the past and always became uncomfortable after about 4 hours. Not lazboy, highly recommend. Kim and Gary at Osborne Pk are very professional and friendly. All my furniture is lazboy and I love it and so do all my friends.
the chairs are not cheap but some are amazingly comfortable... Kim was very helpful when we were in the store
Be mindful that when they quote 16 weeks delivery and how proud they are that they deliver on time that this may not always be the case. I was advised only a week ago when I queried the ETA that my father's chair was on track to be here this week as expected but when my wife popped in to the store today she was advised that it was due to land in Fremantle at the end of May. That will be 20 weeks before clearing customs and being delivered to dad who is 87 and in desperate need of the chair they were aware of this. I wonder if they were going to tell me or just keep my dad and I hanging on until it turned up, thanks lazy boy!!
The product is good. The 10 month wait with varying excuses and having to continually follow up due to their failure to keep us informed, even after many assurances that they would, was woeful. A very frustrating experience!
We had to purchase a Lift Chair for my father and the service was excellent, from purchasing the chair to the delivery. I would highly recomend the Lazboy Chair and the crew at the Osborne Park Store
