Our award winning corn tortillas are used by the top Mexican restaurants across Australia and are available at independent grocery stores near you. Our tortillas are made from scratch using freshly milled Australian corn, and are Gluten Free, Preservative Free, Non-GMO certified, 100% Australian, & have only two ingredients: Corn & Sea Salt.

Really good authentic Mexican food bustled away in the west side. Really good nachos and tacos all contained tender meats with great seasoning and flavour profile. Plus side is they bake/cook all the tortillas in house they use and you can even purchase goods from the store there.nnUse to be even better but when I came here recently the quality had dropped slightly.
I believe La Tortilleria is one of the most authentic Mexican spots in Melbourne. The tortillas are freshly made, and you can really taste the difference. The flavors in each dish are true to traditional Mexican cuisine, from the rich salsas to the perfectly seasoned meats. The atmosphere feels warm and inviting, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. If you’re looking for real, authentic Mexican food, this is definitely the place to go!
Chicken tacos were sad. Seating outside had heaters the staff did not know how to turn on someone familiar with the model turned it on for them.nnOther food items were great, notably the Mandarin pudding.
I got all 4 of the vegan tacos, loved that everything is gluten free so I didn’t have to worry about what to order.nThese have to be some of the best vegan tacos I’ve had outside of Mexico City itself - tasted like the real deal!nSo fresh, the mock meats were tender without being too heavy as they can sometimes be.nEverything was so fresh & authentic.nGreat value with quick & friendly service - highly recommend!
I think we basically ordered their whole menu but the ox tongue special was my fave. Loved their special flavour flan too! Next time I'm here, I'm going straight for their tacos and quesidillas to optimise stomach space.
