Story

Eric and Nadia Masure founded their own little patisserie in December 2005 in the heart of Subiaco. It was not flash or fancy, but they pride themselves in the quality of their products and the friendliness of their service.
"We are not in business for fame nor money. We are motivated by providing warmth, happiness, comfort and excitement to our customers. For the smiles and content we can see on our customers faces when they bite into one of our freshly made chocolate croissants, or the surprise and excitement they display when they get to see the Croquembouche they've ordered for a very special occasion".

Retail shop:
We've closed our retail point of sale in Subiaco Markets in November 2014 to open a proper shop in Nedlands.
Our new shop is now open, located 4/160 Hampden Road, Nedlands.
Orders can also be placed and picked up 7 days from our bakery workshop located 125 Broadway (rear), Nedlands.
Any of our baked goods are available to order, as well as Birthday cakes and sweet and savoury catering food. All our croissants range comes in mini sizes. We have a large variety of sweet petits fours and gourmet mini pies, mini sausage rolls and mini spinach rolls not to mention our exquisite Croquembouches and Macaron towers to celebrate you special occasions. Delivery service available.

Our new shop is offering our full range of fresh pastries, tarts, cakes and bread, as well as delicious filled baguette sandwiches. Soups and Pies in winter, tasty salads in summer.
We are serving 5 Senses Coffee which we complement with Bannister Downs milk.

Funnily enough we started as a humble Crepe Counter with pastries as complimentary french products until the Almond Croissant stole the show and became our trademark... The Perth community opened their arms to our dynamic business approach that included super-friendly service and simply the best quality you can find. We have an extensive range of product readily available in our shop as well as finger food and special occasion cakes like croquembouches and macarons towers that we can make on order to make your party or function a day to remember.
