This bubble tea place is located at Broadway Fair Shopping centre, Nedland. It has moved since last I was there to a new location just across the old location still within the broadway shopping ctr. This is probably the only bubble tea place that I know still selling bubble tea under $6 and smoothie under $7. As many bubble tea place that is not as busy. It is usually being manned by 1 person. When I was there, there was only 1 person ahead of me. Ordered mango smoothie and the wait wasn't long. Loved it as it wasnt as sweet and you could taste the mango. For the price, it's def value for money.
ordered a brown sugar bubble tea and although it took ten minutes to be fair they were short staffed and it was busy this was honestly the best brown sugar bubble test i’ve had in perth! my boyfriend who doesn’t like bubble test actually liked it too! highly recommend! also very affordable!Food: 5/5

I stumbled on this bubble tea store and we decided to order .. I had the Japanese Kyoto green bubble tea and it was amazing!!! The owner was super friendly and recommended this one which I’m gonna rave about for days to come! Thanks Chuan ! Will definitely stop by again :Service: 5/5
Was not open on time, I waited 10 minutes for the shop to open, the lights were on and you could tell someone was inside but they wouldn’t open the shop.
the tea is good but bubble is too soft, generally good, except they won’t let you choose the sugar and strength

One of two bubble tea stores in Nedlands the other being Utopia at UWA. The price for bubble tea here is about the same as any other bubble tea venture - Can be pricey, but mostly reasonable for what you get. The staff are very friendly, but sometimes the waiting time can be long considering they only ever have two people working at the store. Normally I buy original milk tea at other places, but because Hi Tea has the exclusive Summer Dream flavour, I always pick this one up instead of the original. Sometimes the bubble tea is either too sweet or too strong too much tea flavouring. Unlike other bubble tea shops, Hi Tea does not ask for your preferences apart from how much ice you'd like. This inconsistency can sometimes let it down, but this mostly isn't the case. Overall, this place is good, but if you don't live in the area you may as well go elsewhere, because to come all the way to Broadway just to try Hi Tea is probably not worth it especially if you're coming from a long way away.
