The floor was slippery, the restaurant smelled funny, and some of the cutlery seemed like they needed extra scrubbing. So, no points given for overall hygiene. I ordered a beef Ramen, but what I got looked and tasted vaguely similar to a Chinese Sanliang yellow noodles with chunky pieces of beef. Thankfully, still edible. Very unlikely to return. Wouldn't recommend to others.
They're lucky to get one star. We thought we'd have a go at home delivery. What turned up was luke-warm garbage. The entrees were akin to what you'd get from a weekend operator with a caravan in a park. The main was beef curry. The food was barely warm. The contents of the container leaked into the bag, leaving a soggy mess. The rice was bland. The meat was chewy. The sea weed and mushrooms were a big mess. The whole lot ended up in the bin. Avoid the place.
Food quality was below fast food standard. Comparing the price with quality and service, Maccas would give you more value for money. Service was next to no service as we had to get the cutlery, drinks and order at the counter.
WORST!!! TERRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! Japanese restaurant in the city. The Karaage chicken was just like a fried chicken, no where close to Karaage chicken. When I requested for extra Japanese mayo, they gave me mayo from IGA which is just opposite to the restaurant, their service was horrible. If you can't provide authentic Japanese food, please don't name yourself as Japanese restaurant and stop deceiving people. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT.
The worst service I have ever experienced. I have waited over 3 hours for a delivery and when it finally came they got the food wrong, spilled over half of the miso soup, and forgot the drinks.

Spicy chilli chicken is very good . Price is so good .They have good discount for students and specially Wi fi is so fast . Now i'm regular here.
