Kula Yoga is one of the most beautiful yoga studio's I have been privileged to practice in. It's natural light and welcoming atmosphere really set you up with the most positive intentions for your practice. The teachers are all wonderful and focus on allowing you to connect your psychical practice with your emotional practice. The always offer advice on your technique and you leave the class feeling energised, refreshed and ready to start your day!

I can honestly say that Kula is the only place where I can totally escape to be able to focus on myself. Whether its starting the day, during the day, winding down at night or indulging in a weekend retreat, walking through the doors to Kula is the best possible thing you can do for yourself! Looking forward to spending many more hours on the mat this year!

I started doing yoga when I was pregnant and I thought it was really good. Once the baby was born, I did the mum and bub  yoga class. Although I couldn't really do much yoga because of the baby, it was just so much fun to be out of the house and met with other new mums. The beginner class was great! Not only the teacher showed me how to do the style, he also told me the philosophy behind them. Now I'm a regular and although it's a lot further from my new location, it's worth the drive.

Great yoga studio with great teachers.  Highly recommend if you're looking for some great yoga.

Ahhmazing! Beautiful people, space and energy! I love that no class is exactly the same and movements can be modified depending on an individual's ability or yoga goals. A great place to be in. Love, love, love!
