If you want to smile, laugh and shout while you sweat your butt off then CFHE is the best place to be! Every coach is excellent at keeping you pushing for a high level of intensity whilst always maintaining a safety-first ethic throughout. There are heaps of classes every day of the week and you are guaranteed a warm welcome if you're new to the box. Come on down and have a blast. Catch you in the box!

I highly recommend CrossFit Hawthorn East! It has such a good vibe, the coaches are awesome and everyone is there to support each other. Before CFHE I didn’t know much about CrossFit, but some friends suggested I give it a go. I was on the hunt for a place that would be fun, keep me motivated and help me get results. I was a bit nervous when I went in for the free intro session and workshop but the coach was welcoming, friendly and great at explaining the basics. He made sure we did the movements safely and with the correct technique. Since then I joined as a member and I haven’t looked back! I’ve toned up, I have more energy and I bounce out of bed in the morning to get to the workout. I’ve also made some great friends and love being part of a community. I also love having a coach at every session. They help to explain the workout, how to modify the movements to suit our current level and then correct us during the session. I was getting so bored at my old gym and didn’t want 1-on-1 sessions with a personal trainer. CrossFit gave me the benefit of having a coach and a group of cool people to do workouts with. It’s awesome! My advice is to give it a go!
