Nice little morning walk around the park. Great to see some of the geothermal so close up and for free. It will be nice when the walkway over the lake is open again. The playground was good but the rubbish on that side of the park needs to be cleaned up and maintained.
Park in the middle of Rotorua with heaps of geothermal activity and a small boiling hot lake - a great option for a short walk or a free geothermal activity in the city.

Cool park with a big playground at one end and bubbling thermal vents at the other. Uniquely Rotorua!
We were absolutely stunned at the beauty, the beautifully.laid out gardens, the quantity of thermal activity. We had no idea and loved the 90 minutes we spent there. We took a take away cup of tea and snacks to have as well. Wonderful place to visit.
