I have been doing Krav Maga previously at a different location and had always wanted to get back to it. Recently I went to this school. I was very impressed by the efficiency, dedication, commitment, high standards and the expertise the school has to offer. It welcomes everyone and provides techniques and skills which will benefit any adult or a child. The instructors are down to Earth, skilled, and knowledgeable. In classes they prioritise safety and usefulness of techniques tought. The school has two convenient locations in Sydney Metro: Castle Hill & Ryde. The school offers classes for different levels and also additional seminars on various defence situations. There is absolutely no dancing around or wasting time here, right from the outset you will start learning real life sutiations and how to defend yourself and others from the various attacks using the combination of the most efficient kombat techniques. The more you will engage yourself into the learning process - the more skills you will develop over time. Each class teaches something new while using skills you are currently working on. The classes fit both genders and people of any age. The school provides a safe and welcoming place for learning. KM will increase your confidence, will build stamina, power and will provide you with the skills which one day can save your life. PS. If you are aim to learn the most efficient self-defence techniques ftom the experts in the field and meet like-minded people - just sign up it is real easy and non-obligatory and give it a go. A year later you may be regretting that you did not start today.

Great atmosphere and culture. The instructors are fantastic and focus on improving everyone in the class. If you commit to learning and have the right attitude, everyone around you will help you on the journey in improving your skills. I am addicted to it and hate missing a class!
I have been looking for a hobby that teaches self defence skills, keeps me fit and allows me to be social and meet people. Krav Maga Castle hill has provided all of this and more. I can't wait to see what I'm made of every class and it is giving me the confidence I need in every day life. I cannot reccommend them highly enough.
A great place to learn self defence for kids! My two children love going & not only are they learning an important life skill, but other benefits such as using your voice in a confident manner, coordination & exercise & gaining overall confidence. They participate in other sports as well, but can honestly say this is where they gain the most in their development. The added flexibility of attendance fits perfectly with a busy family life as well!

Started private lessons in May of 2021, and absolutely loving it. Staff are very welcoming and helpful and my trainer Greg is awesome. I am enjoying it more than I thought I would! GREAT place to learn.
I started my Krav journey at a women's self defence seminar, which was a fantastic crash course into a simple but effective self defence system. Being a female with no experience in self defence, I was a little concerned that the regular classes would be overwhelming and full of big egos, but this couldn't have been further from the truth. Sven and his instructors are open, friendly and professional, and have worked hard to cultivate an inviting and friendly environment suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. I haven't just gained a set of skills that make me feel safer and more empowered - I've gained a family, and would recommend Krav Maga Self Defence for anyone who is interested in learning effective self-defence skills in a fun and supportive environment.
I wanted to do something different besides the usual gym workouts. Learning self defence is not only useful but also builds confidence and awareness of the world around you. I chose krav maga because I found it to be the most natural of movements. I have been doing it for 4 years now and am loving it. Highly recommend it for self defence and fitness.
