Appalling after-sales service on a damaged product they sold and packaged. Accused customer of using and damaging product before returning it. Repeated blunt refusal to address the issue with customer. Revolting condescending interaction by awful women who aren't well positioned to be condescending. Acid at all costs.
Very upsetting experience. Owner seemed more keen on quoting policy then providing kind and fair customer service. Very disappointing. As a regular customer, I sadly won't be returning.
